Reduction is a memory-driven exploration of grief, fleeting love, and the universal difficulty of moving on — told through the perspective of Gabe, a man on the Autism spectrum navigating the loss of his late girlfriend. Shot on location in Los Angeles, the film layers sensory sensitivities into its storytelling, using the city's winters and particular stillness as an emotional extension of Gabe's inner world. At its core, Reduction examines reality versus illusion: the comfort of memory, the danger of retreating inward, and the emotional consequences of choosing the past over the present.
Authenticity was central to every creative decision, most notably in the casting of an actor on the spectrum, with the film's entire world built intentionally around that performance. Led from early development through post-production — encompassing writing, casting, fundraising, production design, and a crew of nearly thirty — Reduction is currently preparing for a 2026–27 festival run and represents a directing approach that is precise, collaborative, and grounded in emotionally honest storytelling.

HUGS follows Mateo Robles, an ordinary man whose extraordinary compassion puts him directly in the path of an unforgiving system. What begins as a single act of kindness — a stranger embraced in a moment of crisis — grows into something neither Mateo nor the world around him expects: a movement built not on ideology, but on the simple, radical act of human contact.
As word spreads, so does the confrontation. HUGS is a story about a divided world reaching, however briefly, toward connection — and about what it costs the people caught in that reach. The film moves through the lives touched by Mateo's actions: the officer caught between institution and conscience, the community members who rally around him, the media that turns him into a symbol, and those who see him as a threat.
At its core, HUGS asks what happens when compassion becomes visible enough to be dangerous — and whether an act as small as an embrace can hold up against something as large as a system.
Side Street

Side Street is a quiet, memory-driven exploration of fleeting young love, told with a sense of humor about itself. Mina, a comedian in her early twenties, spends her nights working the bar in Chicago while her dreams sit just out of reach — until she falls for Blair, mid-twenties, who pushes her to want more. The city becomes part of the romance, from its winters and stillness to the running joke of California, the place they always talk about going.
Shot on location in Chicago, the city plays as much a character as anyone in the cast. Forty years later, Blair is living in LA, being interviewed by an influencer who isn't especially funny — a small, quiet coincidence ties the two together, and it pulls Blair back into the memory of the young love she left behind in Chicago.
Side Street leans on comedic timing and the natural mood of its environment to carry the story — restrained where it needs to be, funny where it earns it. It's a film about memory, place, and the people we used to be.
Canibal

Canibal is a conceptual music video for Latin artist Vinser, built around a singular, striking visual world. Conceived by filmmaker Israel Torres, the piece follows Vinser through an expansive desert landscape where he moves among the shadows of women — figures that haunt, tempt, and disappear in equal measure. The result is a visually arresting meditation on desire, obsession, and the blurred line between what is real and what is projection.
Canibal operates in contrast and tension. Torres' artistic vision drives every frame — using the starkness of the desert, the interplay of light and shadow, and the isolation of its landscape to create something that feels mythic and deeply personal simultaneously. The video stands as a bold, auteur-driven piece that honors Vinser's identity as a Latin artist while pushing the boundaries of what a music video can be visually and conceptually.

Cinderella is a music video for artist Vinser following a love story between two people who orbit the same spaces without ever quite finding each other — until the universe decides otherwise. Filmed across multiple locations throughout Los Angeles, the video captures the push and pull of longing, missed chances, and the quiet magic of two people whose paths are destined to cross. The city itself becomes a living backdrop for a story about timing, fate, and the connections we almost let slip by.
At its emotional core, Cinderella explores what happens when two people are reaching for the same thing without knowing it — one longing while the other pulls away, then shifting, then meeting somewhere in the middle. The video trusts its audience to feel the space between its characters as much as the moments they finally share. Produced across Los Angeles with a tight crew of fifteen, Cinderella is an intimate, visually driven piece about the courage it takes to open your eyes to what has been in front of you all along.
