Hi, I'm Ariana

I'm Ariana, and at my core, I'm a storyteller. Before I ever worked on a set, I was obsessed with capturing moments — through writing and eventually film. Creativity has always been how I connect with the world. I didn't come up through film school or the usual routes into the industry; I built my career by diving in headfirst, figuring it out as I went.

When I moved to Los Angeles, I started from the ground up — PA gigs, script work, joining teams at companies like Netflix, Amazon Studios and NBCUniversal. From there I moved through Assistant, Coordinating and Associate Producing. During the strike, I leaned into development and co-led a small film collective, producing shorts with tight-knit crews.

Somewhere along the way, being on set became less about the work in front of me and more about who was in the room. I'd look around and realize how few people looked like me — especially in leadership. Not because the talent wasn't there. Because the doors hadn't been opened. Even before LONElake existed, I found myself wanting that to change. And I've come to believe the best way to make change happen is to do it yourself — so instead of waiting for someone else to build the room I wanted to be in, I decided to build it.

LONElake Media Production exists to close that gap — a creative home for bold voices, especially women, emerging artists, and unconventional storytellers, where leadership isn't an exception, it's the standard we build toward.
